Kholood Al Dukaiel

Founding Share Holder, Board Member and Executive Vice President, Al Dukheil Financial Group

Ms. Kholood Al Dukaiel is the Founding Share Holder, Board Member, and Executive Vice President of Al Dukheil Financial Group, a Saudi closed joint stock company with the full license from the Capital Market Authority to operate asset management, brokerage, corporate finance, and initial public offering (IPO) management and underwriting activities.  In her role as Executive Vice President, a position she has held since July 2007, Ms. Al Dukail oversees financial control, internal risk management, investment operations, and brokerage services for the company. She is also involved in managing corporate finance transactions, which includes IPOs, debt issuance, and restructuring.

Ms. Al Dukaiel began her career in 1994 as Assistant to the Director of the Infrastructure Department of the International Finance Corporation of World Bank Group.  In 1997, she worked as a Credit Analyst for Saudi British Bank.  From 1998-2003, she was a Transaction Officer for the Corporate Banking and Investment Group of Samba Financial Group, where she was responsible for deal structuring, execution, and flotation of securities, as well as conducting due diligence for various institutions and businesses.  She was Assistant General Manager for the Risk Management Group of Samba Financial Group from 2003-2006.

Ms. Al Dukaiel studied at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where she earned a B.S in International Finance and Commerce with a Minor in Political and Economic Arab Studies. In 1997, she received a MBA in Finance from American University in Washington, D.C. She became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 2003.
