Registration

How much does it cost to attend?

Registration for the Forum costs $150, lunch on each day costs an additional $25, and dinner on Tuesday costs an additional $50.

Where and when will the 2011 forum be held?

The 2011 Forum will be held at the Omni CNN Center in Atlanta, GA, December 5-7.

Who can attend the forum?

Anyone interested in the business relationship between Saudi Arabia and the United States may attend the forum.

How do I register for the event?

Please click here to register. Please ensure that you have your company profile and a picture ready to expedite the registration process.

Will I get a confirmation of registration?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email when you complete registration. If you do not receive your email within 24 hours and have checked your spam or junk mail please contact register@us-saudiforum.com.

Can I view a list of attendees for the event?

A list will be available after you register. Please note that you will need to enter the username and password used for registration to access this list.

Do members of the Forum’s organizers get a discount?

As this is not a USSABC exclusive event, members do not receive a discount.

Do members of the press get a discount?

Yes, please contact media@us-saudiforum.com to receive your media credentials and the discount.

Is there a discount for students?

Students may attend the forum for $50 plus meals, please contact info@us-saudiforum.com to receive the discount.

Is there a discount for government officials?

Yes, please contact info@us-saudiforum.com to receive the discount.

What information is required for registration?

The registration process may take up to 15 minutes. To expedite the registration process please have a short company profile (250 words or less), photo of yourself and your credit card information ready when you register.

Can I change my registration information once I register?

If you need to change your registration information please email register@us-saudiforum.com.

When is the deadline to register?

Same day registration at the Forum will be available.

I would like to speak at the Forum, who should I contact?

Speakers are being selected by a panel consisting of representatives of the organizing partners.

What are the registration payment methods?

Payment must be done with a credit card through our secure payment processing screen as the last step on the online registration form.

We accept all Major Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I get a refund if I registered for a meal and I decided not to attend during the forum?

You may ask for a refund up until Monday November 21st, after that date no refunds will be issued.

What does the forum registration fee include?

The registration fee includes entrance to all sessions of the conference, and the welcoming reception. Fees for lunches and one dinner are additional.

Where can I pick up my badge onsite?

Badges can be picked up in the Lobby of the International Ballroom in the North Tower of the Omni CNN Center starting at noon on Monday December 5.

Can I register for the Forum by phone?

Registration will not be accepted by phone, the only accepted method for registration is through our website.

How do I become a member of the Saudi Delegation?

Is there a discount for Saudi attendees?

Saudi Delegation members can receive a discount by contacting info@us-saudiforum.com.

I can only attend one day of the forum. How can I register for a single day and what is the fee?

You may attend only one day of the forum, however we are not offering a discount for partial attendance.

How can I find potential business partners among other attendees?

During registration you can request assistance for match-making and business-to-business networking.

Can I change my registration information once I register?

If you need to change your registration information please email register@us-saudiforum.com.

Do I need to sign up for forum sessions ahead of time?

Yes, you do need to sign up for sessions ahead of time. The online registration form includes a screen for you to choose which sessions you will attend.

Are there accommodations for ADA needs?

If you need special ADA needs please contact info@us-saudiforum.com.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

If you have dietary needs other than vegetarian meals, please contact info@us-saudiforum.com.

Will the hotel arrange for airport pickup?

The Omni does not offer a shuttle service from the airport. Car rentals, limousine and luxury car services can be arranged through the concierge.

Is parking available at the hotel?

The Omni offers covered valet-only parking. The fee is $30 and includes in and out privileges. Bus and van parking for large parties is available nearby for a fee and should be arranged in advance.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation if I need to?

You may cancel your reservation for no charge up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. More information on the hotel cancellation policy can be found in the confirmation email you receive for your reservation.

Is the hotel offering a special rate for the event?

The Omni is offering a special rate starting at $159 per night.  You must book your room by Monday November 21st to get the discount rate.  Please click here to reserve your room.
