The 2nd annual U.S. – Saudi Business Opportunities Forum is a high-level gathering of senior officials and business leaders from Saudi Arabia and the United States. This three-day forum will explore opportunities for greater economic collaboration between the two nations as well as provide an unparalleled business networking environment.

Mr. Harbert has been with the U.S. Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) since 1980 and has served in Washington, D.C., Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Iraq, and South Korea. In addition to the Office of Country and Regional Affairs, Mr. Harbert has been the director of other FAS offices, including the Office of Food Safety and the Agricultural Trade Office in Hong Kong. He has also served as Senior Advisor to the Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture for the Coalition Provisional Authority and as the Agricultural Minister Counselor to South Korea.

Lloyd received his B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Idaho.
